Vidhana Soudha Guided Walking Tour – Terms and Conditions
1. Booking, Payment, and Data Usage
1.1. Participation requires a valid booking. Bookings can be made through:
a) Online Advance Booking: Via the official KSTDC website or authorized ticketing service provider platforms. This is the recommended method to ensure slot availability.
b) On-Spot Booking: Subject strictly to slot availability, bookings may be made in person at the designated KSTDC counter located near the designated entry point (Gate 3) on the day of the tour. Availability for on-spot booking is not guaranteed.
1.2. Full payment of the applicable ticket fare is mandatory at the time of booking for all Participants identified as requiring payment (currently specified as individuals aged 16 years and above). The stated ticket fares are inclusive of the applicable Goods & Service Tax (GST) as per prevailing government regulations.
1.3. To facilitate security protocols and booking confirmation, ALL Participants (or their guardian/primary booker) MUST provide the following accurate details during the booking process (whether online or on-spot):
• Full Name (exactly as it appears on the Government-issued ID to be presented at entry).
• Valid Mobile Contact Number and Email Address.
• Aadhaar Number (for all Indian Residents, including minors if available).
• Passport Number (for all Foreign Nationals, including minors).
• For students claiming concessional/free entry, proof of eligibility (e.g., School Name, Class) may be required during booking, in addition to presenting the physical ID at entry.
Failure to provide accurate and complete information may result in booking cancellation or denial of entry.
1.4. Bookings are considered confirmed only upon successful completion of payment (where applicable) and the provision of all mandatory details as specified in Clause 1.3. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis for each time slot. Confirmed tickets are non-transferable and are strictly valid ONLY for the specific date and time slot for which they were issued.
1.5. Participants acknowledge that standard, non-refundable service charges, platform fees, or internet handling fees may be applied by ticketing service providers in addition to the base ticket fare (“applicable deductions”). KSTDC reserves the right to revise the tariff structure without prior notice; however, the tariff applicable at the time of confirmed booking will be honoured for that booking.
1.6. Data Sharing, Consent, and Privacy: In the interest of security and public safety required for accessing a high-security premise like Vidhana Soudha, Participants explicitly consent, by proceeding with the booking, that KSTDC is authorized to share the information provided during booking (including, but not limited to, Full Name, ID number, contact details, nationality) with relevant Government agencies, including Security Forces, Intelligence Bureaus, and Police, for necessary background verification, security clearance processes, and other administrative purposes directly related to the Vidhana Soudha tour. All data sharing and handling will strictly adhere to the provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and its amendments), and other relevant laws of India governing data privacy and security. KSTDC shall retain the data for a period of 12 months from the date of the tour.
1.7. Participants explicitly acknowledge and agree by booking this tour that NO REFUND of the ticket fare, booking charges, service fees, or any other associated costs will be issued if a participant is denied entry into the Vidhana Soudha premises by the Vidhana Soudha Security personnel FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. This non-refundable denial of entry includes, but is not limited to, circumstances such as: arrival after the stipulated reporting time (late arrival); failure to produce the mandatory, valid, original identification document as specified in Section 2; presentation of ID that does not match booking details; attempting to enter with prohibited items as defined in Section 6 or Clause 4.3; perceived intoxication, disorderly conduct, or failure to adhere to decorum standards; refusal to comply fully with security screening procedures; or any other reason determined solely by the security personnel on duty based on their assessment of security risk or non-compliance with regulations. Booking and attempting entry implies full acceptance of this strict no-refund policy in case of entry denial by security.
2. Mandatory Identification & Entry Point
2.1. Entry for the tour is permitted ONLY through the designated Gate 3 of the Vidhana Soudha complex(Vikasa Soudha Entry Gate). Access requires mandatory verification of the Participant’s identity against the booking details. This verification is a prerequisite for entry and will be conducted by authorized personnel.
2.2. Accepted Identification – Indian Residents (Aged 16 and above): ONLY the ORIGINAL Aadhaar Card (physical card or official e-Aadhaar printout with QR code) will be accepted as valid proof of identity. No other form of ID (e.g., Driving License, PAN Card, Voter ID) is acceptable for this age group of Indian residents for entry to Vidhana Soudha tours.
2.3. Accepted Identification – Foreign Nationals (Aged 16 and above): ONLY the ORIGINAL Passport, currently valid and with valid Indian visa status if applicable, MUST be presented.
2.4. Accepted Identification – Students (Up to Class 10 / Age 15): To validate eligibility for concessional / free entry and for security purposes, Valid School ID card (clearly indicating name, photo, class, and academic year) MUST be presented in ORIGINAL form along with the Original Aadhar Card (Indian Resident) or Original Passport (Foreign National):
2.5. Requirement for Original Documents & Matching Details: It is MANDATORY to present the physical, original identification document specified above.
Digital copies (e.g., on mobile phones), photocopies, or expired documents WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
The name and other identifiers on the ID presented MUST EXACTLY MATCH the details submitted during the booking process. Discrepancies may lead to denial of entry.
2.6. Failure to produce the specified, valid, original identification document at the entry point will result in IMMEDIATE DENIAL OF ENTRY. No appeals will be entertained, and no refund will be issued under these circumstances. Participants are solely responsible for carrying the correct identification.
3. Entry for Students (Concessional/Free Entry)
3.1. Free entry is granted to students currently enrolled in educational institutions up to and including Class 10 (Standard Tenth). This typically corresponds to an age limit of approximately 15 years. Proof of current enrolment and age/class status via valid ID (as per Clause 2.4) is mandatory.
3.2. Eligible students MUST be accompanied by at least one responsible adult guardian who holds a valid, paid ticket for the same tour slot. A maximum ratio of two (2) students (eligible under Clause 3.1) per one (1) ticketed adult guardian is permitted. Unaccompanied students may not be allowed entry, irrespective of possessing valid ID.
4. Arrival Time, Security Procedures, Entry Discretion & Exit Point
4.1. Punctual arrival is critical for participation. All Participants, including every member of a group booking, MUST physically report to the designated KSTDC verification counter located near Gate 3 of the Vidhana Soudha complex.(Vikasa Soudha Entry gate)
This reporting must occur no later than 45 minutes prior to the officially scheduled start time printed on the booking confirmation or ticket. This mandatory pre-arrival period is non-negotiable and is required to facilitate the sequential steps of document verification and security screening without disrupting the tour schedule for the entire group.
Failure to report by this stipulated time may result in the forfeiture of the tour slot and will be treated as a ‘no-show’, with no refund provided. Participants are reminded that upon conclusion of the guided tour, the designated exit point from the premises will be Gate 3.
4.2. Given that Vidhana Soudha functions as a high-security operational premise of the State Legislature, ALL Participants, without any exception based on age, nationality, or status, are required to fully cooperate with and undergo comprehensive security checks mandated and conducted by Vidhana Soudha Security personnel prior to being granted entry. This security protocol involves multiple stages, which include, but are not limited to:
a) Rigorous verification of the booking confirmation against the mandatory original identification document presented by each participant.
b) Potential use of electronic systems for scanning or verifying ID documents.
c) Standardized physical frisking (pat-down search) procedures conducted by appropriately assigned security personnel.
d) Thorough screening of all permitted bags and personal belongings using X-ray scanners and/or detailed manual inspection.
Refusal to cooperate fully with any stage of this mandatory security protocol will result in immediate denial of entry.
4.3. Baggage Policy: No bags are allowed
Participants arriving with luggage exceeding the permitted size are advised that no storage facility is available within the Vidhana Soudha security perimeter for such items. They may choose to utilize the cloakroom facility located at the nearby Vidhana Soudha Metro Station (near Gate 3 of the complex). However, the use of this external facility is entirely at the participant’s own arrangement, risk, and expense. KSTDC and Vidhana Soudha authorities assume absolutely no responsibility or liability for the safety, security, or condition of items stored therein. Participants are strongly advised to travel light.
4.4. Absolute Discretion and Final Authority of Security Personnel: Participants must acknowledge and accept that all aspects related to security and entry protocol within the Vidhana Soudha complex fall under the exclusive purview and control of the official Vidhana Soudha Security personnel. Their decision regarding any security matter – including, but not limited to, the final verification and acceptance of identification documents, the assessment and allowance/disallowance of personal belongings or specific items (like cameras, electronic devices), determination of a participant’s fitness to enter (e.g., assessing intoxication or disruptive potential), and the overall permission to grant or deny entry to any individual – is final, absolute, non-negotiable, and binding on all participants.
KSTDC staff, Tour Guides, Tourist Mitras, and ticketing service providers have no authority to override or influence these security decisions.
5. Tour Conduct, Decorum, Staff Instructions, and Route Adherence
5.1. Each guided walking tour group will be officially managed and supervised by designated personnel. This includes:
a) Tour Guide: Responsible for providing information, managing the group’s movement, ensuring adherence to the schedule, and providing instructions related to the tour path and points of interest.
b) Tourist Mitra (Tourist Police): Present to assist with visitor management, provide necessary support, and coordinate with security.
c) Vidhana Soudha Security Personnel: Stationed along the route, responsible for monitoring participant conduct, ensuring adherence to security protocols, and enforcing all Vidhana Soudha regulations, including the levying of fines where applicable.
Participants MUST strictly, promptly, and respectfully adhere to ALL instructions given by any of these official personnel (Tour Guide, Tourist Mitra, and Security) throughout the duration of their presence within the Vidhana Soudha premises. Non-compliance may lead to warnings, fines, or eviction.
5.2. Expected Decorum and Behaviour: As a participant entering the functioning premises of the State Legislature, maintaining the highest standards of personal conduct is mandatory. This includes:
• Maintaining a low volume of conversation, especially when inside buildings or near assembly areas. Shouting, loud laughter, or creating any form of commotion is strictly prohibited.
• Moving calmly and orderly with the group. Running, horseplay, or disruptive movement is forbidden.
• Showing respect for the property, exhibits, staff, and fellow participants. Inappropriate gestures, offensive language, or disrespectful behaviour towards symbols of state or democracy will not be tolerated.
• Adult guardians are solely responsible for ensuring that any accompanying children / students strictly adhere to these standards of decorum and remain under their direct supervision at all times.
Failure to maintain appropriate decorum by any participant may result in immediate eviction from the premises without refund.
5.3. Strict Adherence to Designated Tour Route: The guided tour follows a carefully planned and security-approved route designed to showcase specific points of interest while ensuring the security and operational integrity of Vidhana Soudha.
Participants MUST remain with their assigned tour group and always follow the KSTDC Tour Guide precisely along this designated path. Any attempt to:
• Deviate from the marked or guided route,
• Wander off independently,
• Attempt to enter restricted areas, corridors, offices, or chambers not explicitly included in the tour,
is strictly prohibited.
Such actions are considered a serious security violation. Any participant found violating this rule will be immediately intercepted by security personnel and shall be liable for an on-the-spot fine of INR 2,000 (Rupees Two Thousand only). Furthermore, the violating participant(s) will be immediately evicted from the premises and may face further legal action as deemed appropriate by the authorities.
5.4. No Re-Entry: There is no re-entry for the tour. Participants who voluntarily leave the group mid-tour also do so at their own risk and may not be permitted re-entry or access to other areas.
5.5. Adherence to Tour Timing: The guided tour operates on a structured schedule to manage visitor flow and ensure minimal disruption to official work. Participants are expected to cooperate with the Tour Guide in maintaining the pace of the tour. The entire visit, encompassing arrival, verification, security checks, the guided walk, and exit, is planned for completion within approximately 90 minutes from the scheduled start time of the booked slot. A Participants must be mindful of this overall time limit.
5.6. Prohibition of Loitering: Upon completion of the guided tour segment (as indicated by the Tour Guide, typically concluding near the exit area), participants are required to proceed towards the designated exit (Gate 3) in a timely manner. Loitering, lingering unnecessarily, attempting to re-enter tour areas, or remaining within the Vidhana Soudha security perimeter beyond the reasonable time required for exit (effectively, a maximum of 30 minutes after completion of the tour) is strictly prohibited. Security personnel are authorized to question, fine, and escort out any individuals found loitering. Such individuals may also be subject to fines and further administrative or legal action for violating premise regulations.
6. Cleanliness, Waste Management, Prohibited Items and Consumption
6.1. The Vidhana Soudha premises demand the highest standards of cleanliness and civic responsibility from all visitors. Participants are strictly obligated to maintain the pristine condition of the areas visited. Disposing of any form of waste – including but not limited to paper, tickets, food wrappers, plastic items, tissues, or any other refuse – anywhere other than inside designated dustbins is strictly prohibited.
Any participant observed littering by Security personnel or KSTDC staff will be subject to an immediate, on-the-spot fine of INR 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only). Refusal to pay the fine may lead to further action. Participants are encouraged to carry minimal disposable items.
6.2. In alignment with environmental regulations and policies aimed at preserving sensitive environments, the carrying and use of single-use plastic items are STRICTLY BANNED within the entire Vidhana Soudha complex for tour participants. This ban includes, but is not limited to, disposable plastic bags, single-use plastic cups, straws, plastic-coated wrappers, and similar items. Security personnel may deny entry to participants carrying such items or require them to be disposed of before entry. Participants are strongly encouraged to use reusable water bottles and eco-friendly alternatives.
6.3. To maintain the sanctity and operational integrity of the premises, the consumption of the following items is strictly prohibited within the Vidhana Soudha buildings and along the designated tour route excluding any areas designated for consumption of food and beverages:
• All types of food items and snacks.
• Beverages (except for water carried in a participant’s own reusable bottle).
• Tobacco products in any form (cigarettes, bidis, chewing tobacco, gutka, khaini, etc.). Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the premises.
• Alcoholic beverages. Entry may be denied to individuals suspected of being under the influence of alcohol.
• Chewing gum, paan, or any substances that may stain or deface property.
6.4. In addition to items mentioned elsewhere (large bags, single-use plastics), carrying the following items into the Vidhana Soudha premises during the tour is strictly prohibited:
• Weapons of any description (firearms, knives, sharp objects, etc.).
• Flammable materials, explosives, lighters, matchboxes.
• Tools or implements that could potentially cause damage.
• Large electronic devices beyond personal mobile phones or small cameras (e.g., laptops, tablets may be restricted).
• Items intended for protest or demonstration (banners, placards, pamphlets).
• Any item deemed hazardous, inappropriate, or a potential security risk by Vidhana Soudha Security personnel in their sole discretion.
6.5. Pets and animals of any kind are not allowed. Participants attempting to enter with any prohibited item will be required to leave the item outside or may be denied entry altogether.
7. Photography and Videography Guidelines
7.1. Participants are generally permitted to use personal mobile phones .
This is allowed only at designated photo spots or during segments of the tour where photography is explicitly permitted by the Tour Guide.
7.2. The use of certain equipment and practices is restricted due to security, privacy, and decorum considerations:
• Large professional camera bodies, interchangeable lenses (especially large telephoto or zoom lenses), tripods, monopods, lighting equipment, gimbals, selfie sticks extending significantly, and action cameras mounted on harnesses/helmets may be disallowed at the sole discretion of Vidhana Soudha Security personnel. If in doubt, travel light.
• Drone usage is strictly prohibited anywhere within or around the Vidhana Soudha complex.
• Photography or videography intended for professional, commercial, journalistic, or political purposes requires prior official written permission from the competent authorities and is not covered under the scope of this walking tour ticket.
• Use of flash photography may be prohibited inside certain halls or sensitive areas to protect artefacts or avoid disruption; please follow the guide’s instructions.
• Photography or videography of security personnel, security installations, restricted areas, or ongoing official meetings/proceedings (if visible) is strictly forbidden.
7.3. Vidhana Soudha Security personnel reserve the final right to inspect photography equipment and disallow the use or carriage of any device deemed inappropriate or a potential security risk. They may also instruct participants to cease photography / videography or delete footage / images if rules are violated or if required due to specific security situations. Participants must comply immediately with such instructions.
8.1. Designated Washroom Access: Participants requiring washroom facilities during the tour may only utilize those specifically designated for visitor use along the approved tour route, as indicated by the Tour Guide or official signage. Accessing or attempting to access washrooms located in restricted administrative areas, staff zones, or legislative chambers is strictly prohibited.
Participants are advised to use facilities before the tour commences, if possible, as availability along the route may be limited. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the provided washroom facilities is expected from all users.
8.2. Drinking Water: While consumption of beverages is generally restricted (Clause 6.3), participants may carry drinking water in their own reusable, non-plastic bottles. No facilities for purchasing water or refilling bottles may be available along the tour route itself. Participants are responsible for carrying sufficient water for their personal needs during the approximately 90-minute visit, especially during warmer weather.
8.3. Participants should be aware that there are no dedicated baby care facilities, such as changing rooms or private feeding areas, available along the walking tour route within the Vidhana Soudha premises. Parents or guardians visiting with infants or very young children must make necessary arrangements beforehand and manage their needs accordingly, ensuring minimal disruption to the tour group and adherence to decorum standards. Strollers are not permitted inside (as per Clause 6.4).
9. Health, Safety, and Accessibility
9.1. Physical Requirements and Participant Fitness: This guided tour involves a significant amount of walking, potentially covering a distance of over one and a half kilometres and includes navigating staircases (both ascending and descending) within the Vidhana Soudha building. Participants will also be standing for extended periods while listening to the guide. Additionally, the participants will be outside in the open for long durations during the tour.
Participants should be in reasonably good physical health and possess the mobility required to comfortably complete the tour. Individuals with medical conditions that might be aggravated by moderate physical exertion should consult their physician before booking and participate at their own discretion and risk.
Participants should wear comfortable shoes suitable for the tour and are encouraged to also carry personal equipment such as hats and sunglasses for their protection during the tour.
9.2. Participation in the tour is entirely voluntary. Each participant is solely responsible for their own health, safety, and well-being throughout the visit. This includes being mindful of their surroundings, navigating steps and surfaces carefully, and managing any personal health conditions appropriately. Adult guardians bear full responsibility for the direct supervision, safety, and conduct of any minors (children/students) accompanying them. Participants must promptly report any safety concerns or incidents to the Tour Guide, Tourist Mitra, or Security personnel.
9.3. Vidhana Soudha is a functioning heritage building. While KSTDC aims to be inclusive, the architectural nature of the building imposes certain limitations on accessibility. The standard walking tour route involves stairs and may not be fully accessible for individuals using wheelchairs or those with significant mobility impairments. Lifts or ramps may not be available or accessible along the entire designated visitor path. Participants with special needs or requiring specific assistance are strongly advised to contact KSTDC prior to booking to discuss the feasibility of participation and understand the potential challenges. While KSTDC staff will endeavour to provide reasonable assistance where possible, specific accessibility accommodations cannot be guaranteed due to the building’s constraints.
10. Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy
10.1. KSTDC’s Right to Cancel/Modify Tours: KSTDC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the schedule or route of any guided walking tour without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.
Such reasons may include, but are not limited to: sessions of the State Legislature or legislative committee meetings; official State functions or VIP visits requiring restricted access; specific security directives from Vidhana Soudha authorities or police; unforeseen maintenance requirements; natural calamities; government orders; or insufficient participation (although minimum numbers may not apply strictly given the nature of this tour).
In the event of such a cancellation initiated by KSTDC, participants holding confirmed bookings for the affected slot will be offered, at KSTDC’s discretion, either:
a) Rescheduling to an alternative available date and time slot, OR
b) A full refund of the base ticket price paid (excluding any non-refundable service charges/platform fees levied by ticketing providers). KSTDC undertakes no further liability for inconvenience or consequential loss in case of such cancellations. KSTDC is also not responsible if specific points of interest along the route are unexpectedly inaccessible during a tour due to sudden unforeseen happenings.
10.2. Participant-Initiated Cancellation Policy: If a participant wishes to cancel their confirmed booking, the following refund policy applies, based on the time of cancellation relative to the scheduled tour start time:
a) Cancellation MORE THAN 24 hours before scheduled start time: Full refund of base price
b) Cancellation WITHIN 24 hours of scheduled start time: 50% refund of base price
Any non-refundable service charges, platform fees, or applicable deductions levied by the ticketing service provider at the time of booking will NOT be refunded under any participant-initiated cancellation scenario.
10.3. Requests for postponement or rescheduling of a booked tour will not be entertained. Participants may cancel their current booking and undertake a fresh booking if they need to postpone / reschedule their tour. Cancellations are subject to the policy at Clause 10.2.
10.4. As explicitly stated elsewhere, no refund whatsoever will be issued for participants who fail to report for the tour at the designated time and location (no-show), arrive after the mandatory reporting time (late arrival), or are denied entry by Vidhana Soudha Security personnel for any reason (as per Clause 4.5).
10.5. Participants who booked online via KSTDC or authorized providers may need to use the respective platform’s login or designated process to request cancellations or modifications (subject to the policies above). For issues or requests related to bookings made directly via KSTDC channels, participants may need to contact KSTDC via the designated email address at [email protected] and [email protected] during working hours, providing sufficient notice as per the cancellation timelines.
11. Enforcement and Legal Action
11.1. All participants acknowledge that Vidhana Soudha Security personnel, Tourist Mitras (Tourist Police), and authorized KSTDC staff (including Tour Guides) have the full authority to enforce these Terms and Conditions and all applicable rules and regulations within the Vidhana Soudha premises. This includes the authority to issue verbal warnings, levy on-the-spot fines as specified herein (e.g., for littering, route deviation), and require non-compliant individuals to leave the premises. Participants must comply with their instructions immediately and respectfully.
11.2. Any participant found violating these Terms and Conditions, engaging in misconduct (including disrespectful behaviour, causing disturbances, intoxication), committing any nuisance, damaging property, breaching security protocols, failing to follow lawful instructions, or refusing to pay duly levied fines, will be subject to immediate eviction from the Vidhana Soudha premises by security personnel, without any entitlement to a refund.
Furthermore, depending on the severity of the violation, KSTDC and/or Vidhana Soudha authorities reserve the absolute right to initiate appropriate legal action against the offending individual(s) under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, public order laws, or other applicable statutes of India.
12.1. All participants acknowledge that their participation in the Vidhana Soudha Guided Walking Tour is entirely voluntary and undertaken at their own personal risk. Participants implicitly accept the inherent risks associated with walking tours, navigating public historical buildings (which may have uneven surfaces or steps), being in proximity to other visitors, and entering a high-security government premise.
12.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation (KSTDC), its affiliated entities, authorized ticketing service providers, and the Vidhana Soudha authorities (including its security personnel) shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, injuries, or incidents arising out of or in connection with the participant’s visit. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Personal injury, accidents, or health issues sustained during the tour.
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property, luggage, electronic devices, or valuables
• Inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, or frustration resulting from tour modifications, cancellations, delays, security procedures, entry denial, or the actions / omissions of other participants or third parties.
• Any issues arising from the use of external facilities like the cloakroom at Vidhana Soudha Metro station.
This disclaimer does not exclude liability for death or personal injury directly caused by the proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct of KSTDC’s own employees acting within the scope of their employment during the tour. Liability for actions of third parties (including security personnel not directly employed by KSTDC or other visitors) is expressly excluded.
12.3. Nothing herein shall limit statutory consumer rights under applicable Indian laws, where applicable.
13.1. KSTDC and Vidhana Soudha Security reserve the absolute right, at their sole discretion, to refuse admission to any person or to require any participant to leave the premises immediately, without providing a reason or refund, if that individual’s conduct, appearance, or presence is deemed disorderly, disrespectful, offensive, threatening to the safety or security of others or the premises, or otherwise inappropriate for the environment of the State Legislature.
13.2. Participants are strictly prohibited from offering tips, gratuities, or monetary favours to any KSTDC staff, including Tour Guides and Tourist Mitras. These personnel are adequately remunerated by KSTDC for their services. Attempting to tip may cause embarrassment and is against official policy.
13.3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Vidhana Soudha Guided Walking Tour, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The competent courts located within the city limits of Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any such disputes.
13.4. Amendments to Terms and Conditions: KSTDC reserves the right to amend, modify, add, or delete any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. The updated Terms and Conditions will be made available on the official KSTDC website and / or ticketing platform. The Terms and Conditions that are in effect at the time of the participant’s entry into the Vidhana Soudha premises will be considered binding. Continued participation after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13.5. Acceptance of Terms and Feedback: By completing the booking process and/or participating in the tour, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to abide by all the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein, both for themselves and for any minors or other individuals included in their booking party. KSTDC welcomes constructive suggestions and feedback regarding the tour experience, which may be submitted through designated official channels.
